Letiche's Bite by Low Road Brewing was evaluated as a 28C Wild Specialty Beer.

The beer pours faintly hazy with a quickly collapsing white fizzy head, not unlike an Italian soda. On the nose, it is fairly restrained, with some light berry notes and clean lactic hits as well. On the late sniff, I'm also getting some pickled cucumber skin and an almost dill-like note. Quite pleasant, honestly. Nothing seems out of place here and it is clean. At the first taste, it is very tart, with a slight lactic bacterial taste like Cheerios, suggesting it may not be a re-boiled sour beer, which detracts a bit and takes away from the clean acid character. The carbonation also seems a bit on the lower side, as this was from a crowler; that may be the source of lower-than-expected carbonation. Once you push through the acidity, fresh and pickled cucumber/melon come through. This beer is not for the faint of heart, as the acidity carries all the way through. More carbonation could help carry this across the palate, as it sits a bit heavy. The finish is tart and dry. Overall, it's a pretty straightforward beer that could use a bit of carbonation to help carry away the slight mousse-like note. All in all, it's not otherwise overbearing and quite drinkable.
